Every item we craft—whether it’s a gaff, bait net, landing net, or deck brush—is handmade with high-quality Calcutta Bamboo (Iron Cane), known for its strength and durability. We use Tiller Fabrication stainless steel hooks and Winthrop stainless steel hooks are also available for select gaff sizes. All hooks are securely attached using West Systems boat-building epoxy, ensuring strength under pressure. Our products are sealed with Flex Coat, a high-build, UV-protective epoxy used in professional rod building, for lasting protection and a polished finish.

About Us
How We Got Started
Our story started with a simple love for offshore fishing. Ever since I was a kid, the ocean has called to me. One day, I built a bamboo gaff just for my own use—nothing fancy, just something that felt right in my hands. When friends saw it, they wanted one too. What started as a personal project soon became something more. Now, it’s our family’s way of sharing the passion we’ve always had for fishing. Every gaff we make carries a bit of that love, born from salt air, bamboo, and the joy of the catch.

What Materials Do We Use & Do They Last?
All of our products, including gaffs, bait nets, and landing nets, are proudly handcrafted from durable Calcutta Bamboo (Iron Cane). Our gaffs feature high-quality Tiller Fabrication Stainless Steel hooks or Winthrop Stainless Steel Gaff hooks. Gaff hooks are securely attached using West Systems boat building epoxy. For enhanced durability and UV protection, all products are coated with Flex Coat, High Build, UV protective, rod-building epoxy. We also offer 2 types of wrapped handles: X-wrap and paracord wrap.
